I consult on knowledge worker effectivity, learning and the use of social media tools to support that. Current projects mostly involve designing (e.g. governance models), implementing and facilitating Communities of Practice. I regularly speak for academic and business audiences on the topics mentioned. I have been on-line daily since 1989, and working on knowledge management related topics since 1997.
